In the competitive market scenario, scheduling employees away from their jobs to participate in a training session is a challenge for training managers. Instructor-led trainings (ILT) fail to consider the workload of employees in current day situation; they fail to factor potential disruptions during the class or impact of lost business hours on productivity and revenue. Such events may lead to class attrition or, worse, unfocused and unengaged learners.
